Please choose carefully before you buy. Every item we sell is a distinct collectible, individually photographed, described and priced. We are always happy to answer questions or supply additional photographs before you purchase, so please ask first.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.
This includes, without limitation: deciding you no longer want the item, buyer’s remorse, finding the same or a similar item elsewhere or at a lower price, misjudging the item from the listing photographs, or disagreeing with our grade or condition assessment. Once an order has been dispatched, the sale is complete. Please do not purchase on the assumption that an item can be sent back, outside the single circumstance below, it cannot.
Grading is an opinion, not a guarantee.
The grade we assign is our own honest assessment and an estimate only. Grading is inherently subjective and notoriously inconsistent: standards differ from one dealer to the next, and even between major third-party grading services. A difference of opinion on grade is therefore never a basis for a return.
Authenticity is the only thing we guarantee.
All items are guaranteed authentic unless the listing specifically describes them as a reproduction, copy, fake, fantasy, or similar. A proven authenticity fault is the only circumstance in which we will accept a return, and only on the strict terms set out below.
How an authenticity claim works
Contact us first. Submit a claim through our contact form within 7 days of delivery, quoting your order number. Returns are by prior authorisation only. Any item sent back without our written authorisation will be refused.
Please provide evidence. You must provide documented evidence of inauthenticity from a reputable third-party grading service (such as PMG or PCGS) or a relevant issuing authority. Our assessment of authenticity stands unless overturned by such evidence.
It must be the same item we sent. We photograph and record the serial number, prefix and block of every item before dispatch. Every authorised return is checked against those records on arrival. If the returned item is not the exact item we sent, a different note, or a substituted, swapped, altered or tampered item, it will be rejected, no refund will be issued, and we reserve the right to report fraudulent returns to the relevant authorities and your payment provider.
It must be in original condition. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, in its original holder and packaging, with no alteration, cleaning, pressing, repair or added damage of any kind.
It must be returned tracked and insured. You are responsible for the item until it physically reaches us. Returns must be sent using a fully tracked, insured, signature-required service, at your own cost. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit, and a claim cannot be processed until the item is back in our hands and verified.
We inspect before we refund. No refund or replacement is issued until we have received the item and confirmed that it is the same item, in the same condition, that we sent. Where a claim is upheld, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at our discretion.
We will comply with all requirements in Schedule 2 of the Consumer and Competition Act 2010 (Cth); the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”), including, but not limited to, the re-supply or refund of any Goods supplied or provided which do not meet ACL requirements.
